Today I noticed that you can get a Rebel XT for $550. It probably has something to do with the fact that the Rebel XTi just came out. For an extra $150 the XTi gives 10MP vs 8MP and anti-dust features - not bad, but the current price for an XT is a steal. If my 10D were to die on me tomorrow I could definitely see myself getting an XT to hold me over until the successor to the 5D is released.
